流到心脏而使心脏负担加重，不易控制症状。开始剂量要小，一般用4粒，含服时放在舌头下面。若为了让它更快地发挥作用，可嚼碎再含到舌下。切不可吞服，因
吞服后经胃肠吸收，起效慢且药效大打折扣。如用药10分钟症状不缓解，可再含服一次；若连服两次不缓解，应考虑急性心肌梗死的可能，须立即送至医院急救。
